1. Introduction

Welcome to Cyber Academy courses, provided by Eniac Services Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online training course platform and any related services provided through Kajabi.

By accessing or using our online training course, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the online training course.

2. Use of the Online Training Course

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our online training course. By using the course, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2 Account Registration: In order to access the online training course, you are required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership: All content included in the online training course, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and audio clips, is the property of Eniac Services Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Eniac Services Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the online training course for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: 

(a) Use the online training course in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;

(b) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the online training course or servers or networks connected to the course;

(c) Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the online training course or interfere with any other party's use of the course;

(d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the online training course, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the course, through hacking, password mining, or any other means;

(e) Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the online training course for any purpose without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The information provided in these videos (and any associated materials) is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. Whilst efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information presented, viewers are advised to seek their own professional advice before taking any actions based on the content of these videos.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eniac Services Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the online training course; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the online training course; (c) any content obtained from the online training course; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Modifications to the Terms

Eniac Services Ltd. reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the online training course prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the online training course after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
